Aluminum pergolas are beautiful products that come in a variety of styles. Just like our vinyl pergolas, they are weather and fire resistance, with no cracking, warping, splitting or damage from termites for decades.
Aluminum products have three advantages over vinyl: a longer lifespan, improved warranty, and greater customizability. We currently carry 25 distinct but non-customizeable vinyl pergolas that come with a 25 year warranty and will last for that duration with minimal maintenance required to keep them looking new.
Aluminum pergolas can last up to sixty years, come with a lifetime (and transferable) warranty, and while we only currently carry 2 different brands, the Elitewood is totally customizable. Fifteen colors, 4 end-cut styles and different structural configurations means we can create a truly custom pergola unique to you.

These high quality aluminum pergolas provide total freedom from maintenance. They never need painting, staining, or sealing to keep their exceptional good looks. They won't fade or yellow and have been field proven to maintain their color. And they will not crack, split, warp or peel like wood or corrode like metal pergolas.

The tremendous flexibility of Elitewood™ Ultra Series lets you select the amount of shade your patio cover provides, from 60% to 40% to total shade. You can even combine them to give your patio area an ideal amount of sun or shade for your personal comfort and lifestyle.
Coating System
What makes Ultra Series Patio Covers different from other aluminum patio products? Our multi-step coating system chemically cleans the aluminum sheet ollowed by a baked-on primer coat. Next, a finish coat of Kynar 500™, featuring an ultra-tough carbon/fluoride bond, the basis of Kynar™, is roller applied and baked-on. This multi-step process provides a coating system that outperforms any other coating system for aluminum products in our industry. Performance ratings of “Excellent” relating to chemical and stain resistance, exterior durability, salt spray resistance, fade and color resistance, and gloss retention are typical properties of a Kynar™ finish and the reason why this type of coating system is specified by architects worldwide when a quality, long lasting, vibrant finish is desired.

This Ultra Series pergola can be designed to a variety of sizes, shapes, stypes and colors. They are engineered to meet or exceed most local, state, and national building codes. The Elitewood™ Ultra Series components feature seamless consistency among all components giving homeowners a fashion sensible backyard environment.
Please note: the standard photos for the Ultra Pergola include upgraded post wraps that are not included in a quote unless requested. Standard posts are 3" x 3" aluminum with concealed bottom bracket. The specialty post wraps are available, but may extend leadtime 6-8 weeks.
